Dua hari lepas…dua kali…iaitu  kira-kira jam 3.30  dan juga 6.30 petang sewaktu sedang memandu sambil melayan radio Sinar FM, tiba-tiba terdengar iklan yang disiarkan…lain dari yang lain…iaitu tentang apa yang disebut sebagai “DEKLARASI AMMAN”.

Bagaikan satu kejutan…iklan yang mengambil masa hampir seminit itu berkisar tentang yang manakah “ISLAM YANG SEBENAR” dan “KEBENARAN ISLAM” itu mengatakan bahawa di dalam Islam hari ini terdapat 8 MAZHAB yang diakui BENAR dan SAH, disamping beberapa aliran pemikiran Islam.

8 mazhab yang diakui sebagai benar itu adalah terdiri daripada 4 mazhab Sunni iaitu, Syafe’i, Hanbali, Hanafi dan Maliki. Paling MENGEJUTKAN dua mazhab SYIAH iaitu  Ja’fari dan Zaydi yang menjadi anutan MAJORITI umat Islam Syiah turut diisytiharkan BENAR, disamping  mazhab Ibadi dan mazhab Zhahiri.

Selain daripada 8 mazhab  yang disebutkan di atas, aliran pemikiran Islam Asy’ari atau tasawuf (sufisme) dan  pemikiran Salafi yang sejati turut DIIKTIRAF sebagai BENAR dan SAH di sisi Islam.

Justeru kita  DILARANG sama sekali MENGKAFIRKAN atau menuduhnya pengikutnya adalah SESAT kerana mereka adalah MUSLIM YANG  SEBENARNYA!

Apabila dibelek-belek dalam deklarasi tersebut di laman rasminya didapati ianya telah diperakui dan disahkan serta ditandatangani oleh 500 pimpinan umat Islam, Ulama dan para cendikiawan dari seluruh dunia.

Jangan terkejut…MALAYSIA juga turut serta dengan disertai oleh delegasi peringkat tertinggi yang diketuai oleh PERDANA MENTERI ketika itu iaitu  Dato’ Seri Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi, Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri  Dato’ Dr. Abdul Hamid Othman, Prof. Dr. Kamal Hasan, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Hashim Kamali, Dato’ Seri Shahidan Kasem, Menteri Besar Perlis,   Khairi Jamaluddin, Ketua Pemuda UMNO dan Dr. Salih Qadir Karim Al-Zanki…dan turut serta mengiktiraf dan menandatanganinya adalah mantan Timbalan Perdana Menteri yang juga Ketua Pembangkang Parlimen Malaysia iaitu Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Syukur Alhamdulillah akhirnya ada juga dalam kalangan kita yang BERANI kerana benar. Walaupun DEKLARASI AMMAN ini telah lama ditandatangani yakni pada akhir tahun 2005, namun masih ramai lagi dalam kalangan kita umat Islam yang JAHIL tentangnya.

Semoga dengan tersebarnya deklarasi berkenaan akan dapat MENGHENTIKAN secara total tuduhan kafir-mengkafir dalam kalangan umat Islam khususnya di antara SUNNI dan SYIAH!

Janganlah kita mudah terpengaruh dengan dakyah atau propaganda musuh-musuh Islam iaitu ZIONIS dan juga kuncu-kuncunya dalam kalangan umat Islam sendiri yang bertujuan bagi memecahkan kesatuan umat Islam.

Siapalah kita yakni sebagai orang awam yang kalau ada ilmu agama pun hanyalah senipis kulit bawang…untuk mengkafirkan atau menuduh orang lain sesat…jika dibandingkan dengan ilmu yang dimiliki oleh para Ulama dan ilmuan Islam yang tersohor yang memperakui KEISLAMAN golongan yang disebutkan di atas.

INGATLAH…kedudukan pencetus  deklarasi ini iaitu  Raja Abdullah sebagai AHLULBAIT yakni generasi ke-43 Rasulullah SAW sewajarnya dihormati dan selayaknya mendapat sokongan padu serta penghormatan dari kedua-dua aliran dalam Islam iaitu Sunni dan Syiah.

Ingatlah AMARAN Rasulullah SAW dalam sebuah  hadis tentang  Ahlulbait yang diriwayatkan oleh At-Thabarani dan lain-lain yang bermaksud;

“Belum sempurna keimanan seorang hamba Allah sebelum kecintaannya kepadaku melebihi kecintaannya kepada dirinya sendiri; sebelum kecintaannya kepada keturunanku melebihi kecintaannya kepada keturunannya sendiri; sebelum kecintaannya kepada ahli-baitku melebihi kecintaannya kepada keluarganya sendiri, dan sebelum kecintaannya kepada zatku melebihi kecintaannya kepada zatnya sendiri .”

Manakala Hadis Rasulullah SAW dari Abu Dzar menyatakan;

“Ahlul- baitku di tengah kalian ibarat bahtera Nuh. Siapa yang menaikinya ia akan selamat dan siapa yang ketinggalan ia binasa.”

Marilah kita bersatu dan seterusnya bangkit bagi menentang musuh Islam di ‘akhir’ akhir zaman ini…SILA SEBARKAN KEBENARAN!

Berikut adalah terjemahan DEKLARASI AMMAN (AMMAN MESSAGE)atau disebut juga sebagai RISALAH AMMAN.

Raja Bani Hashim Jordan Raja Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein

Risalah Amman dimulai sebagai deklarasi yang di terbitkan pada 27 Ramadhan 1425H bertepatan dengan 9 November 2004  oleh Duli Yang Maha Mulia  Raja Abdullah II bin al-Hussein di Amman, Jordan.

Risalah Amman  bermula dari penyelesaian terhadap persoalan  tentang manakah yang  “Islam” dan mana yang bukan (Islam), aksi  mana yang merepresentasikan Islam dan mana yang tidak (merepresentasikan Islam). Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan kejelasan kepada dunia moden tentang “ISLAM YANG BENAR” dan “KEBENARAN ISLAM”.

Untuk lebih menguatkan lagi asas otoriti keagamaan pada pernyataan ini, Raja Abdullah II mengirim tiga pertanyaan berikut kepada 24 ulama senior dari berbagai belahan dunia yang merepresentasikan seluruh Aliran dan Mazhab dalam Islam :

1. Siapakah seorang Muslim ?

2. Apakah boleh melakukan Takfir (menuduh Kafir) ?

3. Siapakah yang memiliki haq untuk mengeluarkan fatwa ?

Dengan berlandaskan fatwa-fatwa ulama besar, termasuk diantaranya Syeikhul al-AzharAyatullah Ali as-Sistani, Syeikh Dr. Yusuf  al- Qardhawi, maka pada Julai tahun 2005, Raja Abdullah II mengadakan sebuah Persidangan Islam Antarabangsa  yang mengundang 200 ulama terkemuka dunia dari 50 negara. Di Amman, ulama-ulama tersebut mengeluarkan sebuah panduan tentang tiga isu fundamental (yang kemudian dikenal dengan sebutan “Tiga Poin Risalah Amman”.

PERNYATAAN SIKAP
PERSIDANGAN ISLAM  ANTARABANGSA

Persidangan  ini diadakan di Amman, Jordan, dengan tema  “Islam Hakiki dan Peranannya dalam Masyarakat Moden” (27-29 Jumadil Ula 1426 Hijrah / 4-6 Julai 2005 Masehi)

Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim
SALAM DAN SALAWAT KE ATAN JUNJUNGAN BESAR  BAGINDA NABI MUHAMMAD  SAW DAN KELUARGANYA YANG SUCI

“Wahai manusia, bertaqwalah kepada Allah yang telah menciptakan kalian dari satu jiwa…” (Al-Nisa’; 4:1)

Sesuai dengan fatwa-fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh Imam Besar Syeikh al-Azhar, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali al-Sistani, Mufti Besar Mesir, para ulama Syiah yang terhormat (baik dari kalangan Syiah Ja’fari mahupun Zaidi), Mufti Besar Kesultanan Oman, Akademi Fiqih Islam Kerajaan Arab Saudi,  Dewan Urusan Agama Turki,  Mufti Besar Kerajaan Jordan dan para Anggota Komiti Fatwa Nasional Jordan, dan  Syeikh Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi;  Sesuai dengan kandungan pidato Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Abdullah II bin al-Hussein, Raja Jordan, pada acara pembukaan  persidangan;

Sesuai dengan pengetahuan tulus ikhlas kita pada Allah SWT; Dan sesuai dengan seluruh makalah penelitian dan kajian yang tersaji dalam persidangan  ini, serta seluruh diskusi yang timbul darinya; Kami, yang bertandatangan di bawah ini, dengan ini menyetujui dan menegaskan kebenaran butir-butir yang tertera di bawah ini:

(1)  Siapa saja yang mengikuti dan menganut salah satu dari empat mazhab Ahlus Sunnah (Syafe’i, Hanafi, Maliki, Hanbali), dua mazhab Syiah (Ja’fari dan Zaydi), mazhab Ibadi dan mazhab Zhahiri adalah Muslim. Tidak diperbolehkan mengkafirkan salah seorang dari pengikut/penganut mazhab-mazhab yang disebut di atas. Darah, kehormatan dan harta benda salah seorang dari pengikut/penganut mazhab-mazhab yang disebut di atas tidak boleh dihalalkan. Lebih lanjut, tidak diperbolehkan mengkafirkan siapa saja yang mengikuti akidah aliran pemikiran Islam Asy’ari atau siapa saja yang mengamalkan tasawuf (sufisme). Demikian pula, tidak diperbolehkan mengkafirkan siapa saja yang mengikuti pemikiran Salafi yang sejati. Sejalan dengan itu, tidak diperbolehkan mengkafirkan kelompok Muslim manapun yang percaya pada Allah, mengagungkan dan mensucikan-Nya, meyakini Rasulullah (saw) dan rukun-rukun iman, mengakui lima rukun Islam, serta tidak mengingkari ajaran-ajaran yang sudah pasti dan disepakati dalam agama Islam.

(2) Ada jauh lebih banyak kesamaan dalam mazhab-mazhab Islam dibandingkan dengan perbezaan-perbezaan di antara mereka. Para pengikut/penganut kelapan-lapan mazhab Islam yang telah disebutkan di atas semuanya sepakat dalam prinsip prinsip utama Islam (Usuluddin). Semua mazhab yang disebut di atas percaya pada satu Allah yang Maha Esa dan Maha Kuasa; percaya pada al-Qur’an sebagai wahyu Allah; dan bahwa Baginda Muhammad SAW  adalah Nabi dan Rasul untuk seluruh manusia. Semua sepakat pada lima Rukun Islam: dua kalimat syahadah(syahadatayn); kewajiban solat; zakat; puasa di bulan Ramadhan, dan Haji ke Baitullah di Mekah. Semua percaya pada dasar-dasar akidah Islam: kepercayaan pada Allah, para malaikat-Nya, kitab-kitab-Nya, para rasul-Nya, hari akhir, dan takdir baik dan buruk dari sisi Allah. Perbedaan di antara ulama kelapan-lapan  mazhab Islam tersebut hanya menyangkut masalah-masalah cabang agama (furu’) dan tidak menyangkut prinsip-prinsip dasar (usul) Islam.

Perbezaan pada masalah-masalah cabang agama tersebut adalah rahmat Ilahi. Sejak dahulu dikatakan bahawa keragaman pendapat di antara ulama adalah hal yang baik.

(3) Mengakui kelapan-lapan  mazhab dalam Islam tersebut bererti bahwa mengikuti suatu metodologi dasar dalam mengeluarkan fatwa: tidak ada orang yang berhak mengeluarkan fatwa tanpa keahlihan pribadi khusus yang telah ditentukan oleh masing-masing mazhab bagi para pengikutnya. Tidak ada orang yang boleh mengeluarkan fatwa tanpa mengikuti metodologi yang telah ditentukan oleh mazhab-mazhab Islam tersebut di atas. Tidak ada orang yang boleh mengklaim untuk melakukan ijtihad mutlak dan menciptakan mazhab baru atau mengeluarkan fatwa-fatwa yang tidak bisa diterima hingga membawa umat Islam keluar dari prinsip-prinsip dan kepastian-kepastian Syariah sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan oleh masing-masing mazhab yang telah disebut di atas.

(4) Esensi Risalah Amman, yang ditetapkan pada Malam Lailatul Qadar tahun 1425H dan dideklarasikan dengan suara lantang di Masjid al-Hasyimiyyin, adalah kepatuhan dan ketaatan pada mazhab-mazhab Islam dan metodologi utama yang telah ditetapkan oleh masing-masing mazhab tersebut. Mengikuti tiap-tiap mazhab tersebut di atas dan meneguhkan penyelenggaraan diskusi serta pertemuan di antara para penganutnya dapat memastikan sikap adil, moderat, saling memaafkan, saling menyayangi, dan mendorong dialog dengan umat-umat lain.

(5) Kami semua mengajak seluruh umat untuk membuang segenap perbedaan di antara sesama Muslim dan menyatukan kata dan sikap mereka; menegaskan kembali sikap saling menghargai; memperkuat sikap saling mendukung di antara bangsa-bangsa dan negara-negara umat Islam; memperkukuh tali persaudaraan yang menyatukan mereka dalam saling cinta di jalan Allah. Dan kita mengajak seluruh Muslim untuk tidak membiarkan pertikaian di antara sesama Muslim dan tidak membiarkan pihak-pihak asing mengganggu hubungan di antara mereka.

Allah berfirman:

Sesungguhnya orang-orang beriman adalah bersaudara. Maka itu islahkan hubungan di antara saudara-saudara kalian dan bertakwalah kepada Allah sehingga kalian mendapat rahmat-Nya. (Al-Hujurat; 49:10).

Persidangan Negara-Negara Islam (OIC)

“Tiga Poin Risalah Amman”  ini kemudiannya diperakui pula oleh kepemimpinan  Islam seluruh dunia pada pertemuan Persidangan  Negara Islam (OIC) di  Mekah pada Disember 2005. Dan setelah melewati satu tahun iaitu  dari Julai 2005 hingga Julai 2006, piagam ini juga diperakui oleh enam Dewan Ulama Islam yang lain termasuk  International Islamic Fiqh Academy di Jeddah, pada Julai 2006. Secara keseluruhan, lebih dari 500 ulama Islam terkemuka telah mendukung Risalah Amman dan tiga poin pentingnya.
